Charlie Williams, AKA ‘The Noise Guy’ entertains and a encourages students at Ben Franklin Elementary School to read on Friday. The event was apart of the Ready-Set-Read program produced by the King County Library System. The program is a part of a large effort to get 700,000 kids to read.
