A total of 87 homes were sold at a median price of $467,500. The median price for a single family homes and $571,000 and $300,000 for condos and townhomes, according to numbers compiled by Redfin, a Seattle-based real estate company. The numbers only reflect transactions on the Multiple Listing Service, a local or regional database of available real estate for sale by member brokers.

Kirkland homes are spending an average of 15 days on the market.
