Woman arrested for DUI after dragging street sign under car | Police blotter for June 11-21

Wednesday, June 21

Warrant arrest: At 8:05 a.m., a 39-year-old man was arrested in the 12200 block of Northeast Totem Lake Way for his domestic violence, no contact order warrant.

Minor under the influence: At 12:52 a.m., an 18-year-old woman was intoxicated and banging on windows and doors in the 12200 block of Northeast 73rd Street. She was located passed out on the back deck of a home on that street. A preliminary breath test showed that she had a blood-alcohol level of 0.284. The woman was cleared and released to her mother at the scene. Neither homeowner wanted to press charges against her for trespassing.

Monday, June 19

Possession: A 43-year-old woman was arrested at 5:31 p.m. after she was contacted and trespassed at a consignment shop in the 13700 block of 100th Avenue Northeast for possible shoplifting. She was also arrested on a misdemeanor warrant out of Kenmore. The woman had loose prescription pills and drug paraphernalia in her possession.

Warrant arrest: A 23-year-old man was arrested at 5:54 a.m. after he was contacted in the Totem Lake McDonald’s and identified through police information databases. It was discovered that he had a misdemeanor warrant out of Kitsap County. He was booked into King County Jail.

Sunday, June 18

Warrant arrest: At 6:42 p.m., a 24-year-old man was arrested in the 11600 block of Northeast 116th Street on a warrant for driving under the influence.

Order violation: A 39-year-old woman was arrested at 1:30 p.m. in the 14400 block of 124th Avenue Northeast. She was seen with a 25-year-old man and is listed as the respondent in a no-contact order with him listed as the protected person.

Warrant arrest: A 28-year-old man was arrested after another man contacted him in the 13400 block of Juanita-Woodinville Way Northeast. He was arrested for his felony Department of Corrections warrant for escaping community custody. The suspect was also found to be in possession of some stolen mail.

Warrant arrest: A 23-year-old man was arrested after police contacted him in the 11600 block of 98th Avenue Northeast. he was arrested for a reckless driving warrant out of Bellingham and transported to King County Jail.

Friday, June 16

DUI: A 32-year-old woman was arrested for driving under the influence after an officer saw her dragging a street sign underneath her car in the 14100 block of 132nd Avenue Northeast. The officer located her in the Kamiakin Middle School parking lot. The sign had been dislodged at the north entrance and the officer stopped her as she was preparing to exit the school’s south entrance. She provided two blood samples of 0.173 and 0.167.

Order violation: At 8:16 p.m., a 33-year-old woman was arrested in the 12600 block of Northeast 85th Street for violating a no-contact order after officers saw her with the party who is protected from her.

Warrant arrest: At about 8:05 p.m., police took a 32-year-old woman into custody from Redmond police and booked her into the Kirkland Jail for an outstanding warrant for driving without a license.

Thursday, June 15

Assault: A 61-year-old man was arrested at 12:16 p.m. after striking his roommate in the face.

Warrant arrest: A 25-year-old man was arrested at 9:01 a.m. after he was seen and recognized at a bus stop in the 11600 block of 98th Avenue Northeast. Police learned that he had a felony warrant out of the King County Sheriff’s Office. He was transported to King County Jail.

Wednesday, June 14

Warrant arrest: A 34-year-old man was arrested at 11:48 p.m. in the 12200 block of 120th Avenue Northeast on his warrant out of Seatac for drug possession.

Assault: At 10:19 p.m., a 46-year-old man was arrested after it was reported that he spit on a nurse while she was on duty at Fairfax Hospital in the 10200 block of Northeast 132nd Street. He was booked into the King County Jail on his outstanding felony warrant for assault.

Domestic violence: A 67-year-old man was arrested at 7:34 p.m. in the 13400 block of 64th Terrace Northeast after throwing items that struck his wife in the arm and back.

Traffic offenses: A 47-year-0ld woman was arrested for driving without a license after she was stopped at 6:25 p.m. in the 11600 block of Northeast 124th Street.

Monday, June 12

Verbal argument: At 12:55 p.m., a 25-year-old woman was arrested after she got into a verbal argument with a 27-year-old man behind a Starbucks in the 9700 block of Northeast 119th Way. Police discovered she had a warrant out of Bellevue for theft and driving with a suspended license.

Warrant arrest: A 19-year-old man was arrested at 2:26 a.m. for his outstanding felony warrant after he was stopped for a traffic violation in the 12200 block of Northeast 70th Street.

Sunday, June 11

Warrant arrest: At 3:21 p.m., a 41-year-old woman was recognized and contacted at the Value Village in the 12500 block of 116th Avenue Northeast. Police discovered that she had a warrant out of Seattle for third-degree theft. She was arrested and transported to a warrant meet with the Seattle Police Department.

Domestic violence: Police responded to a call at 3:35 a.m. and arrested a 24-year-old man after he assaulted his ex-girlfriend at their apartment in the 12300 block of Northeast 115th Place. During a verbal argument, he pulled out her hair extension while she was on the couch. He then dumped water on her. The suspect was arrested for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

DUI: A 19-year-old man was arrested at 1:25 a.m. for driving under the influence and as a minor in possession after a traffic stop. He was initially contacted during a large juvenile party at OO Denny Park and placed into an Uber car to go home. He returned a short time later and got into a vehicle. The suspect gave two breath samples of 0.197 and 0.187 in jail.
