Between June 30 – July 6, there were 276 traffic incidents, 20 traffic accidents, three DUIs, 42 general traffic incidents, three incidents involving illegal drugs, 43 alarm calls, 15 abandoned vehicles, nine burglaries, five incidents of fraud, 12 civil incidents, four cases of harassment, 10 thefts, 20 vehicle prowls, four vehicle thefts, 13 warrants served, 26 noise complaints, six animal calls, 12 incidents of domestic violence, 71 fireworks complaints, 18 disturbances, two sex offenses and one hit and run involving at least one arrest.

June 30

Domestic: 3 p.m., 12800 block of 126th Way NE; A 49-year-old woman called 911 after getting into a verbal argument with her 20-year-old son about him smoking marijuana. The son had an assault warrant out of Seattle, and was arrested and booked into King County Jail.

July 1

Domestic: 10:15 a.m., 11200 block of NE 106th Pl.; A 68-year-old man was arrested for Assault in the 4th Degree, Domestic Violence, and resisting arrest after biting his wife, a 49-year-old female, in the hand during a struggle over car keys.

July 2

Warrant arrest: 9:42 a.m., 6900 block 117th Drive NE; A 30-year-old Seattle man was stopped for driving on a suspended license. The man was then arrested on his $5,000 Seattle PD warrant for patronizing a prostitute, cited for DWLS 3 and transferred to Seattle PD custody.

July 3

Adult Arrest: 3:27 a.m., 11700 block of 98th Ave. NE; A 24-year-old female was arrested for Assault in the 4th Degree, Domestic Violence, after she punched her boyfriend of the past year in the head and scratched his neck. Her 25-year-old boyfriend had been caught cheating, starting the fight.

Domestic: 9:04 a.m., 12800 block of 126th Way NE; A 20-year-old male, who was arrested on June 30 on his Seattle warrant, created a disturbance in his parents’ residence. When the male was asked to leave, the argument escalated. It was learned that the male was recently released from a hospital for mental health issues, and he does not live at his parents’ residence. The male was given his belongings and asked to leave with his girlfriend.

Warrant arrest: 3:22 p.m., 14400 block of 124th Ave. NE; A 29-year-old Bellingham man was arrested on his warrant for Theft in the 3rd Degree.

Adult arrest: 9:48 p.m., 12300 block of NE 116th St.; A 26-year-old Everett woman was stopped for an improper turn and nearly causing an accident. The woman was found to have a $2,500 felony theft warrant out of Snohomish County, and was driving with a suspended or revoked license and had no proof of insurance.

Adult arrest: 10:15 p.m., 11300 block of NE 68th St.; A 26-year-old Bothell man was stopped driving his 1993 Subaru, and showed obvious signs of impairment and refused all SFSTs. The man was arrested for DUI and provided BAC results of .214 and .212. The man was booked, as he had a previous DUI in 2011.

July 4

Adult arrest: 4:09 a.m., 12000 block of 120th Place NE; Two men, both from Renton, were contacted at Motel 6 associated with room 216. The 30-year-old man was found to have a NON-EX misdemeanor warrant out of Pierce County. The 36-year-old man was found to have a domestic violence assault warrant out of Kent PD with no bail. The 36-year-old man was arrested and transported to the warrant meet.

Fireworks: 8:45 p.m., 11000 block of 108th Place NE; A 50-year-old man was issued a citation for lighting fireworks in the street in front of his house, and the remainder of his illegal fireworks were confiscated for destruction.

Fireworks: 11:37 p.m., 6600 block of Lake Washington Blvd NE; A 26-year-old man and 20-year-old man were observed lighting fireworks at Marsh Park. Both subjects were contacted and cited. Their remaining fireworks were seized.

July 5

Traffic: 3:11 a.m., 12200 block of NE 116th St.; A 25-year-old man was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license and providing false statements to a police officer after he attempted to pass his brother’s driver’s license as his own while on a traffic stop.
