USTA Women’s Pro Circuit players to compete at the $50,000 Kirkland Classic

Leading tennis players from around the world will compete for $50,000 in prize money at the Kirkland Classic, a USTA Pro Circuit Event, Oct. 4–11 at the Central Park Tennis Club in Kirkland.

Leading tennis players from around the world will compete for $50,000 in prize money at the Kirkland Classic, a USTA Pro Circuit Event, Oct. 4–11 at the Central Park Tennis Club in Kirkland.

“The USTA Pro Circuit tournaments have a history of fostering and incubating tennis talent both on the national and international stage” said Tournament Director Vitaly Gorin. “The Kirkland Classic offers the Northwest the opportunity to be a part of that tradition, right here in our backyard.”

The event will draw USTA Women’s Pro Circuit players from both the US and internationally as they position themselves for the upcoming Australian Open. Many players are recent participants in the US Open, including a number of 100 WTA players. The event is currently sold out.
