The Juanita High School softball team swept a doubleheader against Sammamish Thursday, 7-2 and 15-1, in Bellevue.

During the first game, Rebel Lisa Nelson picked up a victory with 14 strikeouts a complete game while Lexi Blackburn was 2-for-3 at the plate with a home run. Madi Hedlund, Tatum Kawabata and Nelson all finished with two hits.

Hedlund threw a complete game for Juanita during the second contest, with five strikeouts in five innings.

Aimee Richards was 2-for-2 at the plate to lead the Rebel offense with a home run. Blackburn finished 2-for-3 with a triple.

The Rebels will host Interlake today at 4:30 p.m.
