The 17th annual Don James Golf Classic tournament will be held next Friday, Sept. 10 at the Golf Club at Newcastle to raise funds for the Kirkland Boys & Girls Club. The event, a four person scramble, starts at 10 a.m. with a 6:30 p.m. banquet at the club.

The tournament will feature some of the best golfers and business professionals from the area, including Coach Don James.

The tournament always sells out, so early registration is encouraged.
