Kirkland Interfaith Transitions in Housing was recently awarded $35,000 by the Eastside Windermere Foundation. The grant will benefit homeless families with children, and families at risk of homelessness on the greater Eastside.

“This funding from Windermere is crucial and so timely,” said Jan Dickerman, KITH Executive Director. “The current economic turmoil has placed even more families at risk of homelessness. KITH will now have additional resources to help these families.”

Bill Rynd, Windermere Foundation representative underscored the foundation’s commitment. “The Eastside Windermere Foundation funded by our individual agents and brokers is thrilled to make this grant to KITH which brings such tremendous assistance to homeless and at risk families in our communities.”
