RED Day, short for “Renew, Energize and Donate,” was created by Keller Williams Realty Inc. to give back to its communities across the United States and Canada. With 73,000 associates in 690 offices participating in various volunteer efforts all on the same day, the company made an international impact.

“When we heard that this would be a collective effort making us 73,000 strong – it was exciting to think of the impact that we all will make in one day,” said Keller Williams Realty Kirkland Team Leader, Sheryl Russell. “Given the economic climate, many non-essential, but important projects are being put on hold. We see this as an opportunity to give back to the community that has supported us for 1.5 years by focusing our efforts on projects that may not have otherwise been completed.”
