Between Wednesday, June 11, and Tuesday, June 17, the Kirkland Police Department reported 343 traffic violations, 24 car accidents, 22 noise complaints, 18 alarm calls, 16 thefts, 15 assaults (10 domestic violence) and 10 acts of fraud. At least 52 people were arrested.

Wednesday, June 11

2:05 p.m. A woman reported her vehicle, a 2006 Toyota Rav 4, and a 1994 Ford Escort were burglarized on the 12800 block of N.E. 85th Street. Losses were estimated in excess of $500.

6:43 p.m. The driver of a 1992 BMW 735 allegedly tried to offer a female juvenile a ride home on the 6400 block of Lake Washington Boulevard North East. The local 52-year-old man was later arrested for luring a minor.

Thursday, June 12

9:02 p.m. A man was seen urinating in public on the 400 block of Lake St. South. The scofflaw was last seen walking northbound on Lake Street.

Friday, June 13

12:00 a.m. A 29-year-old Redmond man was arrested after the victim of a robbery on the 10600 block of N.E. 116th St. identified the suspect in a nearby vehicle.

8:50 p.m. Three men and a woman were stopped by police after witnesses reported fighting on the 11800 block of 98th Ave. North East. A 20-year-old Bothell man was arrested for possession of brass knuckles and obstructing police.

Saturday, June 14

3:35 p.m. A 30-year-old Bellevue man was arrested after a hit-and-run incident in a parking lot along N.E. 124th Street.

Tuesday, June 17

8:00 a.m. A female resident of the 12700 block of N.E. 120th St. said a glass patio table was vandalized. She said a basketball from a nearby playground may have caused the damage.
