Mira Lamb from Finn Hill Junior High recently received an award from the Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth at the University of Puget Sound. Mira was recognized for high scores in Critical Reading on the SAT among 7th and 8th graders within the state of Washington. Nationally, only 25 percent of the Johns Hopkins Talent Youth Search applicants (who took the SAT, ACT, or both, for 7th or 8th grade) receive this honor.
