Kirkland Council to hold annual retreat on Monday and Tuesday; broadcast live March 21

The Kirkland City Council will hold its annual retreat from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, March 21 and 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday, March 22 at Kirkland City Hall, Peter Kirk Room, 123 Fifth Avenue.

The Kirkland City Council will hold its annual retreat from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, March 21 and 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday, March 22 at Kirkland City Hall, Peter Kirk Room, 123 Fifth Avenue.

The first day of the retreat will be broadcast live on the City’s Web site and available for current city residents to watch on Comcast Channel 21 and Frontier Communications Channel 31.

On March 21 the council will discuss strategic planning and the 2013-2014 budget process. On March 22, the council will hold general discussion from 9-10 a.m. and then tour the annexation area.
