Homes sales in Kirkland were down 12.8 percent but prices were up 17.7 percent in September compared to the same month in 2013.
A total of 136 homes were sold at a median price of $482,500, according to numbers compiled by Redfin, a Seattle-based real estate company. The numbers only reflect transactions on the Multiple Listing Service, a local or regional database of available real estate for sale by member brokers.
Kirkland homes spent an average of just 15 days on the market during September.
