Gov. Jay Inslee will hold a town hall in Bellevue on Monday, Dec. 15, where he will release details of his education plan.

The event, from 6:30-7:30 p.m., will held in the Performing Arts Center at Newport High School, 4333 Factoria Blvd. S.E.

Inslee is expected to discuss significant investments to adequately fund public schools and reduce early-grade class sizes. His plan also will include investments in early learning, higher education and other efforts to promote student success and increase graduation rates.

The town hall at Newport High School will be linked to three other school sites in Moses Lake, Spokane and Tacoma.
