Volunteers are invited to come together to help take care of Bridle Trails State Park during the annual Earth Day event from 9 a.m. to noon on April 19. This year volunteers will be working around the main parking lot in the 5300 block of 16th Ave. NE in Kirkland. Scouts and families welcome and snacks, beverages and a free pizza lunch will be provided at about noon. A Discover Pass is required to park in the main parking lot.
Bring work gloves, hand pruners and shovels to use and share with others.
