Between Aug. 7-15 there were 293 traffic incidents, 27 traffic accidents, four DUIs, 15 general traffic incidents, 27 alarm calls, 10 abandoned vehicles, five burglaries, six incidents of fraud, 17 civil incidents, eight cases of harassment, 24 thefts, three vehicle prowls, two vehicle thefts,  15 warrants served, 23 noise complaints, 13 animal calls, 11 incidents of domestic violence, six incidents of malicious mischief, two assaults, 11 disturbances, two sex offenses, one rape, and 21 incidents involving at least one arrest.

Aug. 14

Warrant: 9:40 a.m., 11600 block of 124th Ave NE. A 26 year-old man was arrested for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for violating a no-contact order.

Aug. 13

Theft: 8:31 p.m., 12600 block of Totem Lake Blvd NE. A 34-year-old and 22-year-old woman were arrested after they stole several purses and clothing items from Ross and then fled the store without paying. Both were stopped, arrested and booked into jail.

Aug. 12

Misrepresentation: 9:05 p.m., 11700 block of NE 118th St. A 30-year-old man was arrested after he misrepresented himself in open court. His true identity was discovered and he was taken into custody.

Aug. 11

Trespass: 4:15 a.m., 410 block of 42nd Ave S. A 33-year-old man was arrested after he got drunk and entered a 43-year-old man’s apartment, apparently mistaking it for his unit which was located on the lower floor of the complex. He entered by forcing open a bedroom window next to the front door, damaging the screen. After he left without incident a K9 tracking unit discovered him in the lower apartment and he was arrested for criminal trespass and malicious mischief.

Assault: 11 a.m., 12600 block of NE 124th St. A 21-year-old man was arrested after he and his girlfriend got into an argument over her heroin use and sleeping around. During the argument he grabbed her and threw her onto the ground.

Aug. 10

Theft: 4:27 p.m., 12200 block of 120th Ave NE. A 33-year-old man was arrested when he was discovered shoplifting a cart full of items from Fred Meyer.
