Don’t miss this fun and free neighborhood holiday celebration. O.O. Denny Park will be the port o’ call for the Christmas Ships, resplendent with lights and music, on Dec. 19.

The ships are scheduled to arrive at 7 p.m. As usual, the Finn Hill Park and Recreation District will have a spectacular bonfire to welcome the flotilla and warm the onlookers. The bon fire will be lit at 6:30 p.m.

FHNA will be serving hot chocolate, donated by Urban Coffee, and warm cider. This is a great tradition. Don’t miss it.

(Note that due to a Northshore Utilities District project, the bonfire location has been moved to the park main lawn, in front of the Clayton Rich picnic shelter. The gravel parking lot to the east of the park is also closed due to work on the sewer project, so parking is limited to the paved lot and spaces along Holmes Point Drive. Walking and carpooling are strongly encouraged!)

O.O. Denny Park is located on the shores of Lake Washington at 12032 Holmes Point Dr. N.E.

The Argosy Christmas Ship festival is a holiday celebration that has been a Northwest tradition for 62 years.
