Between July 11-18 there were 460 traffic incidents, 20 traffic accidents, four DUIs, 41 general traffic incidents, 39 alarm calls, 15 abandoned vehicles, six burglaries, nine incidents of fraud, 18 civil incidents, 12 cases of harassment, 27 thefts, 14 vehicle prowls, six vehicle thefts,  six warrants served, 28 noise complaints, four court order violations, 18 animal calls, 13 incidents of domestic violence, seven incidents of malicious mischief and 33 incidents involving one or more arrests.

July 14

Assault: 2:21 p.m., 11600 block of NE 65th St. A 50-year-old woman was arrested after she grabbed her 17-year-old daughter by the neck following an argument about household chores. The assault left scratches and redness.

July 13

Assault: 9:40 a.m., 3700 block of 101st Way NE. A 67-year-old man was arrested for assaulting his 46-year-old wife, who has atrophy and immobile. A police investigation discovered he frequently jerked her around and caused her a lot of pain. She was unable to call police because of her physical disability. Police were eventually called after a disturbance was witnessed by a neighbor between the suspect and his wife’s caregiver.

Assault: 10:30 a.m., 13100 block of NE 132nd St. A 16-year-old girl was charged through investigation for assaulting another 16-year-old girl in front of a staff member at Youth Haven.

July 12

Assault: 1:35 a.m., 11400 block of 98th Ave NE. A 32-year-old woman was arrested after she assaulted her 49-year-old live-in boyfriend during an argument in their vehicle as they were returning home from a Bellevue nightclub.

Violation of order: 11 p.m., 11200 block of NE 141st Pl. A 24-year-old man was arrested for violating a court order after being found at his parents’ home.

July 11

License suspended: 12:36 a.m., 11800 block of NE 124th St. A 21-year-old man was arrested for driving with a suspended license.

Hit and run: 8:27 a.m., 5700 block of Lake Washington Blvd NE. A 32-year-old man fled the scene of an accident where he rear-ended another vehicle. The suspect has two hit and run incidents on I-405 that the Washington State Patrol is currently investigating.

Assault: 9:23 p.m., 13200 block of 108th Ave NE. A 37-year-old man hit his 36-year-old girlfriend in the face after getting involved in a dispute over his meth use. The suspect fled the scene. He was cited for assault through investigation.

Warrant: 9:30 p.m., 9900 block of NE 144th Ln. A 47-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
