Trellis restaurant Executive Chef Brian Scheehser will host a quintet of America’s top culinary talent at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 25 at The Heathman Hotel in Kirkland when the James Beard Foundation’s Celebrity Chef Tour comes to the Pacific Northwest.

The gastronomic tour-de-force will feature a multi-course meal prepared by Dana Cree (Blackbird – Chicago, Ill.), Tory Miller (L’Etoile and Graze – Madison, Wis.), Scheehser, Dean Shinagawa (Kama’aina Grindz – Everett), Kelly Whitaker (Cart-Driver, Denver, and Basta – Boulder, Colo.), and Andrew Zimmerman (Sepia – Chicago, Ill.), complete with wine pairing.

Mirroring the famed dinners at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City, it is a rare chance for foodies to experience the signature dishes of national restaurant luminaries. This is Scheehser’s fourth year hosting the extraordinary event.

“Each time we hold this event, I feel so honored to work with such a brilliant group of fellow chefs in bringing a remarkable dining experience to our guests. Where else could they get such a superb taste of the culinary world?“ says Chef Brian.

The evening will begin with a reception featuring a selection of passed appetizers. Guests will have plenty of opportunity to meet and converse with the chefs and winemakers.

James Beard Foundation Celebrity Chef Tour Tickets are priced at $175.
