A light continental breakfast will be served, then participants will get a service activity and go to work. Wear clothing for outdoor conditions that can get dirty, and close-toed shoes. Bring a filled water bottle and work gloves.

Service opportunities include: Green Kirkland Partnership invasive plant removal and mulch; spreading – bring work gloves, they provide tools; city of Kirkland storm and fire drain marking using decals; city of Kirkland Parks Maintenance – raking leaves, pruning of perennials, etc. – bring work gloves, they provide tools; and Seattle Children’s Hospital – assemble craft kits.

The event is free to the public. The church is located at  the corner of 7910 N. 132nd St. and Northeast Juanita Drive.
