The County Boundary Review Board will hold a public hearing June 8 on annexing several neighborhoods to the north of Kirkland.
The County Boundary Review Board will hold a public hearing June 8 on annexing several neighborhoods to the north of Kirkland.

A public hearing for Kirkland’s proposed annexation of the Kingsgate, Upper Juanita and Finn Hill neighborhoods will be held by the state’s Boundary Review Board for King County on June 8, 7 p.m. at Lake Washington Technical College.

The purpose of the hearing is to hear testimony and deliberate on the proposed annexation of the area, home to an estimated 33,000 residents.

The Board is inviting submissions of factual material for their review before or on the day of the meeting.
