Nov. 20

DUI: 4:04 p.m., 12000 block of 98th Ave. N.E. A 48-year-old Kirkland man committed a traffic violation. The driver showed signs of liquor consumption and refused field sobriety tests. He was booked into jail.

Nov. 18

Drug Paraphernalia: 8 a.m., 12033 N.E. 80th St. A 15-year-old student was arrested for bringing marijuana, a glass pipe and lighters to Lake Washington High School.

Marijuana Possession: 9:47 p.m., 52 Lakeshore Plaza. A 20-year-old Mountlake Terrace man was arrested for marijuana possession after police contacted him in a suspicious parked vehicle in K-Town.

Nov. 17

Malicious Mischief: 7 p.m., 300 block of 7th Ave. S. The victim reported that someone put oil on his front door handle of his apartment while his clothes were in the community laundry. Someone also poured oil into his wash cycle, ruining approximately $600 worth of clothes.

Nov. 16

DUI: 3 a.m., 11600 block of N.E. 124th St. A 28-year-old Redmond man was stopped after he made an unsafe lane change. He was arrested for driving under the influence.

Trespass: 7:40 p.m., 11320 N.E. 124th St. A 25-year-old Kirkland man went to Supercuts, in violation of the trespass warning that was on file. He was cited via an investigation.

Nov. 15

Warrant: 6:44 p.m., 15201 N.E. 16th Place. A police officer conducted a traffic stop for a brake light violation. The 32-year-old Bellevue driver had an outstanding Kirkland warrant for driving with a suspended license. The driver was arrested.

Marijuana Possession: 4:48 p.m., 12200 block of N.E. 85th St. A 30-year-old driver from Camano Island was stopped for a traffic violation. She had marijuana in her vehicle and was arrested.

Nov. 14

Shoplifting: 10:47 a.m., 6625 132nd Ave. N.E. A 15-year-old Kirkland girl was caught concealing a $3 energy drink in her backpack at the Red Apple Market by one of the store associates. She then passed all registers and exited through the front doors without paying. She was arrested for shoplifting and released to her parents.

Theft: 2:30 p.m., 1200 block of Holmes Point Drive Northeast. Someone prowled the victim’s vehicle and stole her debit card, ID, cell phones, wallet and other items.

Nov. 11

Car Prowl: 4 p.m., 14130 Juanita Drive N.E. Someone broke into the victim’s vehicle and stole his wallet and other items. Shortly after, his credit card was used.
