Kirkland resident Nate Schoot has been promoted to director of business services at Altig in Redmond.

Schoot joined Altig in 2010 as an operations specialist. In the beginning, Schoot spent time in virtually every department, before moving to the resource department as a project manager. Streamlining processes and rewriting administrative tools led Schoot to Information Technology (IT) as the business services manager. Working with the executive team, Schoot helped expand the reach of Altig’s proprietary CRM software.

In June of 2016, Schoot was promoted to director of business services after taking over research and development for the company’s industry-leading technologies.

Schoot earned a business degree in Operations Management, International Business and Agricultural Marketing from Washington State University. He currently lives in Kirkland with his wife Jen and enjoys traveling, experiencing the outdoors, playing sports and staying involved in his alumni/fraternity organizations.
