The Lake Washington High School girls basketball team lost to Woodinville, 76-48, on Monday.

The Kangs started the game in a hole they could not dig out of, trailing 25-12 after the first quarter.

Lake Washington kept pace during the second quarter, entering halftime down 40-26. But the Falcons would double their lead during the second half, outscoring the Kangs 36-22.

Lake Washington was led by Georgia Romine-Black with 13 points and teammate Hannah Brender with 12 points.
