Rebels, Kangs football start playoffs this weekend

Juanita finished the year with a 5-1 in-league record and 7-2 overall. The Rebels completed the regular season with a dominating 48-14 win against Interlake on Friday. Juanita finished second in 3A KingCo to Bellevue, which was undefeated in league play. The Kangs finished third in the division.

The Rebels will begin the post season on the road at 7 p.m. on Friday, traveling to Whidbey Island to take on Oak Harbor. The Wildcats finished the season 6-2 overall and 4-1 in league play.

Lake Washington finished the regular season with a 45-3 loss to Bellevue on Friday. The Kangs finished the regular season with their only in-league losses coming to Juanita and the Wolverines.

The Kangs will play at 7 p.m. on Saturday and travel to Mt. Tahoma High School to take on Wilson. Wilson finished the season with a 5-2 record in league play and 5-4 overall.
