The Lake Washington High School girls soccer team shutout Everett, 1-0, on Thursday in Kirkland.

The only goal of the game came Kaitlin Holldorf with an assist from Anna Henderson during the 36th minute of play.

Micheala Powers and Cassidy Barnes teamed up to earn the shutout in goal.

The Kangs, who are now 1-0-1, will host Liberty at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
