Lake Washington shuts down Lynden, advances to state quarters | Prep boys lacrosse

Eli Singstad scored five goals to lead Lake Washington into the quarterfinals of the Washington lacrosse boys State Championship Tournament with a 12–0 shutout of Lynden, on Friday, at Lake Washington High School in Kirkland.

Eli Singstad scored five goals to lead Lake Washington into the quarterfinals of the Washington lacrosse boys State Championship Tournament with a 12–0 shutout of Lynden, on Friday, at Lake Washington High School in Kirkland.

The Kangs outmatched Lynden from the opening faceoff with scoring power and shutout goaltending by sophomore keeper Jacob Saunderson.

Lake Washington (11-6-0) advances to a quarterfinal matchup.  Lynden completes its season with a 5-9-0 record.
