Lake Washington players earn slowpitch softball all-league honors
Nine Lake Washington High players earned all-KingCo/Metro slowpitch softball honors this season.
LW’s JoDee Hull notched co-coach of the year honors with Woodinville’s Kim Benedict.
LW qualified for the 2A/3A state tournament for the second consecutive season.
First-teamers are Sonia Sheth at second base and outfielders Annika Sturgeon and Alexis Danielson; second-teamers are pitcher Hannah Sitterud, catcher Emily Godfrey and utility player Lily Reynolds; honorable mentions are Kiara Fitzpatrick at third base and outfielders Olivia Myhre and Mary Madeline Roe.
