The Lake Washington High School girls soccer team advanced to the 3A KingCo tournament finals with a 3-0 victory against crosstown rival Juanita on Monday in Bellevue.

The Kangs will play Mercer Island tomorrow at a time to be determined.

Against Juanita, Lake Washington scored two early goals. First, Anna Henderson passed to Sakky Yoshida, who put the ball into the back of the Rebels net just two minutes into the game.

Then, Henderson found Sammie McChesney for the team’s second score, 12-minutes later.

Seven minutes into the second half, Natalie Vetto took a pass from Megan McCarthy to score the team’s final goal of the contest.
