Kirkland resident named All-American in track

Utah State University sophomore Dillon Maggard of Kirkland earned second-team All-American honors during the 2016 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships in Birmingham, Ala. on Saturday. Maggard finished in the top-16 by placing 12th in the mile with a time of 4-minutes, 10.13-seconds, claiming his first-ever All-America honor.
