The Lake Washington High School girls soccer team crushed Interlake with hat tricks during each half, 6-0, on Tuesday in Bellevue.

The Kangs didn’t wait long to bust out the offense, as Holly Styant-Browne scored an unassisted goal during the opening second of the game.

Emily Bunnell scored Lake Washington’s next goal and was assisted by teammate Alexis Koester. Koester picked up a second assist five minutes later on Styant-Browne’s second goal of the game.

Bunnell assisted Ally McKinney on the team’s first second-half goal during the 52nd minute lark of the game.

Carlee Betterman scored off an assist by Caroline Rose eight minutes later and Styant-Browne completed her own hat trick for the game during the final minute of the game on an assist by McKinney.

Maeve O’Connor picked up the shutout in goal for the Kangs.
