The Lake Washington girls basketball team struggled to get things going Wednesday as they scored just seven points during the first and third quarters of a 54-39 loss to Redmond. Lake Washington was led by Sam Brender with 19 points. It was only the third win of the season for the Mustangs. The Kangs will attempt to get back on track tomorrow as they host league leading Woodinville at 6:30 p.m.
