Juanita scores lucky 13 in win against Liberty | Prep baseball

The Rebel bats came alive against Liberty on Friday, as Juanita defeated the Patriots, 13-7, at Lee Johnson Field in Kirkland on Friday.

Jayson Schroeder led the Rebels by going 2-for-5 at the plate with two RBI and two runs scored.

Casey Nelson picked up the win after throwing five innings, giving up four earned runs during the sixth.

The Rebels look to extend their winning ways at 4 p.m. today against Mercer Island at Lee Johnson Field.
