Juanita girls select 7th grade team wins league title | Youth sports

The Juanita Girls Basketball Association Rebels 7th grade team recently won the Puget Sound Travel League gold division tournament on March 13.
The team beat solid squads from Bellevue, Edmonds-Woodway and Issaquah on their way to the title. During the regular season the Rebels also won several tournaments, including the Renton Shoot Into Fall, the Lynnwood Halloween Hoot and the Snohomish MLK tournament.
The 7th grade Rebel players are Te’a Adams, Erin Burns, Caitlin Buckley, Natalie Kalda, Maggie Kent, Allie Knerr, Lisa Nelson, Gianna Paribello, Jhasmin Shelton, Carly Taylor, and Brittany White. The team is coached by Terrance King who was assisted by Sam Adams.
