Juanita girls beat Wildcats

The Juanita girls basketball team began the second half of the season with a big victory, defeating Mount Si 49-46. Juanita played to an 11-point half-time lead but scored just six points during the third quarter. The biggest problem for the Wildcats was the balanced offense of the Rebels with eight different players scoring. Kimberly Baba (11), Kate Cryderman (10) and Amanda Wilson (10) led that balanced attack for the Rebels. Juanita’s defense held Mount Si to just one player in double figures. The Rebels Will host Liberty for a 7:30 p.m. tip off tonight.
