Horne’s hat trick lifts Juanita to come-from-behind win against MI

The Juanita boys soccer team overcame an early 1-0 deficit to beat Mercer Island 4-1 behind a hat trick from Nick Horne on Friday at home.

The Rebels gave up the first goal of the game just before halftime, but Horne, assisted by Genki Marshall, tied the game two minutes into the second half.

Assisted by Jesse Crim, Horne struck again at the 59th minute to give the Rebels the lead, 2-1.

Six minutes later Javier Macias assisted on Horne’s final goal of the game.

Juanita’s Riley O’Rourke and Jon Ellis teamed up during the 74th minute for the final goal of the game.
