Four-run sixth lifts Lake Washington softball past Woodinville

A four-run sixth inning lifted Lake Washington past Woodinville 4-2 Wednesday, as Bethany Bacon and Tori Jacobson picked up key RBI. The teams battled to a scoreless tie heading into the sixth inning. Both Bacon and Jacobson went 1-for-3 during the contest with an RBI each.

Lake Washington starting pitcher Sara Aasness threw a complete game with six strike outs and five walks. She gave up two runs during the bottom of the seventh but was able to record her 21st out of the contest to secure the victory for the Kangs.
