Woodmark Hotel, Yacht Club & Spa will hold its second annual Clambake on the Lake event from 5:30-10 p.m. July 13.

The community is invited to enjoy traditional clambake fare, local microbrews and live music with net proceeds from the event benefiting Hopelink, a local organization serving homeless and low-income families and children with disabilities.

“We are excited for the opportunity to host our second annual Clambake on the Lake and bring the community together to support such an important organization,” said John Murphy, general manager of the Woodmark Hotel. “Not only can guests enjoy the days’ festivities and exceptional location on the Lake Washington waterfront, they can help promote lasting change for others with our partnership with Hopelink.”

The Clambake on the Lake features expertly crafted all-you-can-eat food, local beers and wine and live music from Renegade Stringband, a Northwest-based bluegrass quintet. The menu includes a clambake, seafood stews of America, a fry station, La Cajachina (a whole roasted pig) and a sweet station.

The Clambake on the Lake package is available for anyone who wants to extend their stay at the Woodmark on July 13. The package includes luxury overnight accommodations, two tickets to the Clambake on the Lake event and breakfast for two at the Beach Café on Saturday, July 14.

For more than 40 years, Hopelink has helped people in need by providing an array of programs that enable families in crisis to become more self-sufficient.

Event tickets cost $39 per person and include one drink ticket for house beer or wine and all-you-can-eat clambake fare. Rates for the Clambake on the Lake package start at $319. All packages are subject to availability and rates do not include tax or gratuities.
