The King County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the body found on a public walking path Dec. 8 as 63-year-old Brad W. Lutz, of Kirkland.

His cause and manner of death are pending further investigation, say officials.

Police responded to a call about the body at approximately 7:30 a.m. on a public walking path near the shores of Lake Washington, at 319 Lake Street. Lutz was also not wearing seasonal clothing and was found to have money on his person. Foul play is not suspected in this incident but Kirkland police are still investigating.
