Three males arrested by Redmond Police last Thursday after an attempted burglary in the Rose Hill neighborhood are now suspected of committing a recent robbery in Bellevue.

According to Kirkland Police Spokesperson Mike Murray, the armed robbery on Sept. 27 at the Factoria Rite Aid occurred after the three males were released from King County following their arrest last week in Redmond.

During the Bellevue robbery, a store clerk was forced to the ground at gunpoint. The suspects stole an unknown quantity of codeine cough syrup. Surveillance photos and descriptions of the suspects, black males between the ages of 16-19 wearing dark colored hooded sweatshirts, matched that of the three males behind the attempted burglary at the Rose Hill Walgreens located at 12405 NE 85th Street.

In that incident, two of the suspects allegedly approached the pharmacy area in the back of the store while the third suspect made a purchase at the front counter.

The suspect then exited the store, got into a vehicle and waited near the front door while the two suspects in the store allegedly attempted to steal narcotics, but were interrupted by the pharmacist. They left the store and were last seen leaving the area in a vehicle on 124th Avenue Northeast.

They were identified by Redmond police driving on Redmond Way after receiving a description of the suspect and their vehicle. The three were arrested on theft and burglary charges, while a fourth suspect fled from the vehicle and has yet to be apprehended.

Police believe the suspects are responsible for committing several pharmacy robberies along the I-5 corridor.
