Three Kirkland students named to Oregon State honor roll

Names of students who have made the Scholastic Honor Roll Fall term have been announced by Oregon State University and the list includes three students from Kirkland.

Names of students who have made the Scholastic Honor Roll Fall term have been announced by Oregon State University and the list includes three students from Kirkland.

Alexis S. Jones earned a straight A average in History. Maya Li P. Giddings and Daniel R. Veldee both earned a 3.5 or better.

A total of 1,009 students earned straight-A (4.0). Another 3,982 earned a B-plus (3.5) or better to make the listing. To be on the Honor Roll, students must carry at least 12 graded hours of course work.
