The Taste of Retirement event will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, April 27 at the Peter Kirk Community Center, 352 Kirkland Ave., Kirkland.

The event is open to the public and 15 representatives from retirement communities will be on hand to discuss housing options.

The chef from each location will also present the community’s signature dish for sampling.
