Dec. 4

Warrant arrest: 11:16 p.m., 12300 block of N.E. 143rd Street. A man contacted during a possible assault was found to have a warrant for theft and a glass pipe with a narcotic residue.

Disorderly conduct: 1:32 a.m., 300 block of Central Way. A 31-year-old Seattle man was arrested for jumping out in front of cars and knocking over a city planting pot.

Dec. 2

DUI: 12:16 a.m., 12400 block of 100th Ave. N.E. A 32-year-old man was stopped by police after running a red light. The man performed poorly on a field-sobriety test. The man was arrested and transported to the Kirkland police station.

DUI: 8:45 a.m., 12400 block of 116th Ave. N.E. McDonalds’ employees called police to report an intoxicated man in the drive- thru. The man was contacted in the McDonalds’ parking lot and he failed a field-sobriety test and was arrested.

Assault: 10:03 p.m., 14300 block of 104th Ave. N.E. A 33-year-old Kirkland man was arrested after he assaulted the mother of his 2-year-old daughter. The woman alleged that the man dragged her, threw her down to the ground and then choked her.

Dec. 1

Suspicious circumstances: 1:15 a.m., 500 block of 4th Street. An intoxicated man attempted to enter the wrong residence. When contacted by police the man was taken home by medics.

Malicious mischief: 6:10 p.m., 14400 block of 124th Ave. N.E. A Kirkland woman reported that her white 2009 Jetta had its drive side rear window broken out as she was picking up her food from the Pizza Bank.

Nov. 30

Trespass: 8:40 a.m., 12000 block of Slater Ave. N.E. A Kirkland man reported an unwanted man sleeping in the gym area of a leasing office. The man was contacted and issued a no- trespass order.

Nov. 28

Burglary: 8:15 a.m., 12800 block of N.E. 107th Place. A residential burglary occurred with no suspect information. A laptop computer was stolen and several pieces of jewelry.

Nov. 26

Malicious mischief: 10 p.m., 8110 128th Ave. N.E. The principal at Rose Hill Elementary called Kirkland police to report that graffiti had occurred sometime over the holiday weekend. Some unknown suspects spray-painted several walls and windows around the building. A district employee was called out over the weekend to remove the obscene pictures and clean up the paint before students returned.

Nov. 25

Theft: 5:30 p.m., 11700 block of N.E. 112th Street. An Auburn man reported to police that someone cut a lock that was securing four scaffolding planks and eight ladders. The unknown individual took the planks and the ladders and left the lock behind. No evidence was found and no suspect information exists at this time. Total value of the items stolen is $3,060.
