Real estate prices jump, sales plummet in Kirkland during October

Redfin’s October Housing Market Tracker showed a 14.4 percent increase in Kirkland home prices from last year, while sales tumbled 11.1 percent.

The median home price was $497,500. The median price for single family homes was $569,000 and $295,500 for condos and townhomes.In October 144 homes sold in the city and spent a median 19 days on the market.
