A prime suspect on the lam in a notorious 2006 Kirkland murder has been captured abroad, according to the U.S. Marshal’s Service.
Between Wednesday, Nov. 26 and Tuesday, Dec. 2, the Kirkland Police Department reported 450 traffic violations (nine DUIs), 20 thefts, 19 alarm calls, 16 burglaries, 12 car accidents and 11 assaults (10 domestic violence). At least 33 people were arrested.
