A home invasion robbery early Monday morning left a suspect critically injured, the homeowner wounded and police talking to a second suspect.
The suspects attempted to break into a home in the 11400 block of Juanita Drive N.E. at approximately 5 a.m. and ultimately exchanging gunfire with the homeowner, who was growing medical marijuana. One suspect and the homeowner were wounded during the exchange and taken to area hospitals. The suspect, who was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, has life-threatening injuries.
