The city of Kirkland’s biennial community opinion telephone survey was conducted in early April reaching approximately 500 residents through landline and cellular phone numbers. For those Kirkland residents who were not contacted by phone, an online survey is available through May 12.

The survey can be accessed at https://www.research.net/s/KirklandCommunitySurvey2014.  The city conducts this survey every two years to gauge citizen satisfaction with the level and quality of services provided.

The City Council contracted with EMC Research to contact Kirkland residents and seek their opinion on how the city conducts its business. Data from the telephone and online surveys will be presented to the City Council at its May 30 retreat and the final report will be posted to the city’s website at www.kirklandwa.gov/cmo.
