Nightly westbound SR 520 directional closures planned week of March 28

Drivers who use State Route 520 overnight are encouraged to stay engaged and plan ahead for next week’s nighttime closures.

Drivers who use State Route 520 overnight are encouraged to stay engaged and plan ahead for next week’s nighttime closures. Contractor crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will remove a portion of the decommissioned westbound SR 520 off-ramp to Lake Washington Boulevard closest to the existing SR 520 bridge. To protect the safety of the traveling public, crews will close the westbound lanes of SR 520 during these nighttime construction operations.

Closure details

  • Nightly from 11 p.m. Monday, March 28, to 5 a.m. Friday, April 1 – All lanes and ramps of westbound SR 520 will be closed nightly between 92nd Avenue Northeast and Montlake Boulevard.
