Memorial set for Bill Petter, long-time Kirkland Kiwanis member

A memorial is set for long-time Kirkland Kiwanis member and KITH advocate Bill Petter, who passed away of a heart attack March 20. He was 79.

To commemorate Petter’s life, the memorial will be held on his birthday at 2 p.m. April 21 at the Northshore Baptist Church, 10301 N.E. 145th St., Bothell.
