Between Jan. 22-28, there were 166 traffic incidents, 22 traffic accidents, four DUIs, 29 general traffic incidents, 33 alarm calls, eight abandoned vehicles, four burglaries, eight incidents of fraud, eight civil incidents, six cases of harassment, 10 thefts, vehicle prowls, seven vehicle thefts, five warrants served, six noise complaints, one animal call, eight incidents of domestic violence, six incidents of malicious mischief, nine disturbances, three assaults, three hit and runs and 17 incidents involving at least one arrest.

Jan. 26

Warrant: 1:16 a.m., 12600 block of 120th Ave NE. A 26-year-old man was contacted loitering around a closed business. A check on him returned with an outstanding felony warrant for drug offenses and making false statements, with bail amount at $6,500. He also had another warrant with bail at $7,500. He was arrested and transported to the King County Jail without incident.

Warrant: 12 a.m., 10000 block of NE 137th A 33-year-old man was contacted at the Juanita Safeway and found to have multiple warrants out of Kirkland, Redmond and Bellevue. He was arrested and booked on the KPD warrants.

Jan. 23

Disorderly conduct: 11:52 a.m., 300 block of Kirkland Ave. A 30-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct after he was reported by numerous people, the Heathman hotel staff and library staff that he was acting aggressive toward people and chasing them with broken bottles. When police contacted him, he was extremely confrontational. Upon being placed in the patrol vehicle he began spitting and thrashing about violently. He ended up cutting his forehead open and bleeding throughout the back of the patrol vehicle. Med-Tech responded and cleaned out the vehicle. He was transported to SCORE Jail by corrections.
